P&C Newsletter Term 4, Week 6

Hi everyone,

As we all limp towards the finish line of Term 4, there are still some great things to talk about that are happening at the school!

P&C Meeting – Wednesday 25th November

The final P&C Meeting for the year will be held in person at the school, on Wednesday 25th November! We are very excited to be able to meet face to face, while we farewell 2020, and thank all those who have continued to be involved, lend their time, share their knowledge and participate in fundraisers.

We’ll also be putting on some drinks and nibbles to celebrate the last meeting for the year, and to kick 2020 out the door!

Given the current restrictions, we are limited to only 30 people on-site for this meeting, so if you would like to join us, please register via the Eventbrite widget below!

Meeting minutes of the previous meeting can be found here:

Class Artwork Keepsake Fundraiser

Huge thanks to Sarah Sorrenson who has coordinated our final P&C Fundraiser for the year.

Each class has collaborated to create a piece of artwork. Order your child’s class artwork on calendars, tote bags, tea towels, diaries, notebooks & cards and raise funds for the school!

Visit www.crazycamel.com.au/38435 to see each classes artwork and order yours today! All purchases processed online and then delivered to the school before the end of the year.

Great presents for Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles, and other important family and friends.

Uniform News

The SCPS Uniform Shop Sale is finally here! Come along to pick up your 2nd hand school uniforms, plus Kindy Packs for 2021.

Due to current COVID-restrictions, you must register for a time slot, and arrive with more than 15 minutes to go in your time slot. All attendees within a time slot will be cleared of the school grounds at 5 minutes to the hour, for the new time slot attendees to enter.

Only 30 people maximum, including parent staff are allowed on site at any time, so if you have not registered for that time slot please do not expect entry. There may be limited entry on the day, but it cannot be guaranteed, so please register to ensure you are able to come onsite.

1 parent per family only please where possible, and only bring your child/ren along if absolutely necessary. If you are bringing a child, please ensure they are registered also, as they count towards the 30 people.

There will be a COVID Marshall on-site ensuring only those registered are on premises, and 1.5m social distancing is adhered to.

Please note we will be taking card only, no cash. Thank you so much for your understanding.

And don’t forget, all new items can be purchased via our sparkly new website:

Until next time,
