P&C AGM and General Meeting Minutes
Thank you to everyone who came along, in person or online, to the P&C AGM last week!!! We had a great turnout with over 30 people in attendance. We also had a delayed start due to technical difficulties, so appreciated everyone’s patience.

K-2 Welcome Morning Tea
We are very excited to have our first event in 12 months at school! The K-2 Welcome Morning Tea will run after the Easter Hat Parade on Wednesday 31st March. The morning tea is for parents only, and will be put on by the P&C.
We have the return of the awesome Alec in his coffee cart for you to grab your favourite caffeinated drink too! Please bring your card though, as all payments must be contactless (no CASH).
We are after some volunteers to assist with serving and set up on the day. Please register when you can help using this link – https://signup.com/go/ArJmVra
There will be a Welcome BBQ for Y3-6 on Wednesday 21st April (Week One, Term 2).
Fundraising – Cookie Dough
Cookie Dough fundraiser ends at midnight tonight! You amazing people have sold over 400 tubs, so I guess people like cookie dough! Final results will be posted in the coming days.
Delivery: Cookie dough tubs will be delivered to the school on the last day of term (Thursday 2nd April). You must be able to pick them up on this day as they need to stay refrigerated or frozen! If you cannot be there, please email scps.pandc@gmail.com.au ASAP so we can try and make other arrangements.

Policies and Guidelines
At the beginning of the year we always review our policies and procedures. Of note this year we have updated our P&C Social Media Policy, Code of Conduct and Constitution, including by-laws. These were all voted on and accepted at the P&C General Meeting on Wednesday 10th March 2021.
